I’m really glad you’re here—thank you. I’m George Mandizha, a Zimbabwean-born creative based in Oxfordshire. I love creating music, taking photos, filmmaking, painting, and playing piano. I bring a thoughtful, detailed approach to my photography—let me help you capture your perfect portraits.
I’m driven by a deep love for capturing moments creatively and building strong relationships—you’re not just hiring a photographer or filmmaker, you’re gaining someone in your corner who truly gets you.
I’m an experienced Forensic Multimedia Officer with Thames Valley Police’s Imaging Unit, specialising in capturing and analysing visual evidence. My experience in policing has helped me become strategic and thorough when capturing images and film. I regularly work with members of the public and I’m genuinely a people person—I connect easily with just about anyone.
During Covid, I decided to start Through George’s Lens to bring my creative ability into the community. I wanted to create a service that helps people and businesses bring their visual concepts to life. So far, I feel I’ve done well, combining technical precision with creative vision to deliver great results.
